Supperclub in München
Wo fangen wir an? Einfach mal mit der Idee. Angefangen hat alles damit, dass wir Lust hatten, fremde Menschen an einen Tisch zu bringen in einer Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohl fühlen. Dazu gehört ein schöner, gemütlicher Ort und gutes Essen. Gemeinsam zu essen sorgt immer dafür, dass wir zufrieden sind. Ein großer Tisch, leckeres Essen, Wein und Menschen, die Lust auf Austausch und Gemeinschaft haben, das haben wir uns vorgestellt.
Den großen Tisch hätten wir am liebsten irgendwo draußen aufgestellt, aber die kühlen Temperaturen haben uns da leider einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Wir haben uns also einfach dafür entschieden, das Essen bei uns daheim stattfinden zu lassen, weil’s bei uns auch gemütlich ist. Der Tisch sollte schön gedeckt sein und Motel a Mio war so großzügig, uns ihr tolles Geschirr zu Verfügung zu stellen. Vielen Dank dafür! Für die Deko sind wir Hagebutten pflücken gegangen und haben der Isar ein bisschen Efeu geklaut. Zusammen mit Kerzen, von Timon designten Menükärtchen und Omas Stoffservietten ist daraus ein hübscher, herbstlicher Tisch geworden.
Als nächstes das Essen. Getreu unserem Fokus auf saisonalen Zutaten sollte das Menü den Herbst in seinen Farben und Geschmäckern widerspiegeln. Da unsere Rezepte meist sowieso vegetarisch sind, haben wir uns dafür entschieden, das ganze Menü ohne Fleisch auskommen zu lassen. Das war unkompliziert und vermisst wurde das Fleisch von keinem. Ich kann sowieso nur immer wieder sagen: saisonales Obst und Gemüse sind die besten Inspirationsquellen! Und so gab es Kürbis-Quitten-Suppe mit Pfifferlingen als Vorspeise, Kräuterpolenta mit Wurzelgemüse, Burrata und Dukkah als Hauptspeise und Pflaumen-Tarte Tatin zum Nachtisch.
Und nun zu der wichtigsten Komponente eines gelungenen Abends: den Leuten. Wir haben uns riesig gefreut, dass unsere Supperclub-Idee bei euch so gut angekommen ist und sich viele für unser erstes gemeinsames Essen angemeldet haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn alle, die diesmal leider nicht gezogen wurden, es beim nächsten Mal einfach wieder probieren! Dieses Mal durften wir zehn großartige neue Menschen kennenlernen, die mit uns bei ausgelassener Stimmung und interessanten Gesprächen einen wunderschönen, spannenden Abend verbracht haben. Vielen Dank, dass ihr alle da wart und dazu beigetragen habt, dass unser Supperclub ein Erfolg war!
