Gelber Power-Smoothie

Manchmal ist mir einfach nach einem Smoothie oder einer Smoothie Bowl wie dieser hier. Tendenziell eher im Sommer, wenn es heiß ist. Im Winter hab ich oft eher Lust auf ein wärmendes und sättigendes Porridge. Aber auch zu dieser Jahreszeit kommt es ab und zu vor, dass ich morgens in die Küche stolpere, schaue, was der Kühlschrank so her gibt, meinen Bauch frage, nach was ihm so zum Frühstück ist und sowohl Kühlschrank als auch Bauch sagen, dass es mal wieder Zeit für einen Smoothie wäre. Und genau in so einer Situation ist diese Kombination entstanden, die ein bisschen wie Mangolassi schmeckt, durch den frischen Kurkuma aber nochmal einen besonderen Twist bekommt.

 


Für 2 Portionen

1 Banane
1 Mango
Ingwer (ca. 4 cm)
Kurkumawurzel (ca. 4 cm)
100 ml Kokosmilch
2 EL Kokosraspel
3 EL Joghurt
1 TL Honig
3 Eiswürfel
frisch gepresster Orangensaft

Banane und Mango schälen, Mango vom Kern schneiden und beides mit frisch geraspeltem Ingwer und Kurkuma, Kokosmilch, Kokosraspeln, Joghurt, Honig und Eiswürfeln in einen Mixer geben. Mit soviel Orangensaft mixen, dass ein cremiger Smoothie entsteht.
