Pinkes Porridge

Von Porridge zum Frühstück bekomm ich nie genug, vor allem im Winter. So schön wärmend und sättigend ist dieser Haferbrei. Und man kann alle möglichen Kombinationen ausprobieren, je nachdem, worauf man gerade Lust hat, was der Vorratsschrank so her gibt und welches Obst Saison hat. Apropos Saison: frische Himbeeren gibt es ja gerade leider nicht, deshalb habe ich auf TK-Himbeeren zurück gegriffen. Unser pinkes Porridge gibt es ständig, seitdem wir das Himbeerpulver von Rimoco entdeckt haben. Es färbt alles so hübsch pink und bringt einen leichten Himbeergeschmack in Saucen und Cremes. Wenn ihr ein bisschen Sommer mitten im Winter braucht, verwöhnt euch morgen oder nächstes Wochenende mit unserem pinken Porridge.


Pinkes Porridge

Portionen: 2 Portionen


  • 80 g Haferflocken
  • 100 ml Kokosmilch
  • 200 ml Wasser
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 2-3 EL Himbeerpulver
  • 1 EL Honig
  • 100 g Himbeeren
  • 1/2 Granatapfel
  • Kokoschips
  • Limettenschale
  • Hanfsamen


  1. Wasser, Kokosmilch und Salz zusammen aufkochen, Haferflocken dazu geben und unter gelegentlichem Rühren cremig einkochen lassen. Bei Bedarf noch etwas mehr Kokosmilch dazu geben. Himbeerpulver unterrühren und mit Honig süßen. Porridge auf zwei Schüsseln verteilen, Himbeeren und Granatapfelkerne darauf verteilen. Mit Kokoschips, Hanfsamen und etwas abgeriebener Limettenschale genießen.

    I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the structure of your site?
    Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
